BOOK AN INVENTORY

Before booking an Inventory Report, please ensure the property is fully prepared. All cleaning, maintenance, decorating, and furnishing must be completed, and the property should be presented exactly as it will be at the start of the tenancy. All items included must comply with current fire safety and legal requirements.

 

For a Check-Out Report, the tenant must have fully vacated the property, removed all personal belongings, and completed any required cleaning. Access to the original, tenant-signed Inventory Report will be required.
